I was born in 1972. Since I picked up a guitar in early childhood I have been writing songs. In high-school I found myself playing the piano in various bands. University introduced me to choirstuff, classical music, musicals and jazz amongst other things. In my twenties I worked hard in all sorts of musical areas. In theaters, live music, studios. Pop, folk, jazz, hip-hop, rock, country, you name it. I even taught the jazz piano for a couple of years.

Although songwriting is my passion I have through my work as a songwriter discovered the recording producer in me in the past few years and so have others. I've produced about 20 albums in only 7 years. Some of them quite good, all of them interesting. And I usually get involved in the songwriting part. I've arranged the music in big projects involving symphonic orchestras and choirs.

My songs reflect the experience that I've gained over the years and my interest in all sorts of music.
My influences are singer-songwriters like Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, Randy Newman, Ricky Lee Jones and Scott Walker. Film composers like Henry Mancini, Ennio Morricone and John Williams. Songwriting teams like Lennon-McCartney, Fagen-Becker and Bjorn-Benny. Classical composers and jazz composers Pop sensations and odd balls.

But I'm writing my own songs. Go ahead and take a listen!
